Neon Greens is a restaurant and a working farm. In a repurposed 40ft by 8ft space, we grow as much food as 3 acres of land, using 85% less water and no pesticides.

Most lettuce in this country is grown in California or Arizona, and it’s already weeks old by the time it reaches St. Louis. Ours is grown right next door and cut to order, so you get the crispiest, freshest greens possible, right after harvest. And since it’s all right here, you can see it (and taste it) for yourself.

Here’s what growing close to home adds up to.

‌

Meet the people behind the greens.

Every day, our team plants, tends, and harvests the lettuce that ends up in your salad.

Four values, one farm. They guide how we grow our lettuce, and how we do everything else.

Great food shouldn’t be weeks old by the time you get it. So we started growing our own.

We’re better together. Our team has each other’s backs, and we team up with local growers and our favorite restaurants to make something good for the whole community.

Our farm is right here, so come take a look. Ask us anything, and see (and taste) it for yourself.

We cut your greens to order, so every salad is as fresh as it gets. Good things take care, and we’re happy to give it.

See it for yourself

Come see the farm up close. Drop in for a fresh lunch, then see where it grew, from seed to plate.
